Frustrated by the repeated refusal of Mayor James Mueller's office to facilitate a dialogue, despite claiming to publicly offer meetings to constituents, RSB's quest for engagement took a drastic turn when they were removed from the County-City building by security during their final attempt to secure a meeting with the Mayor. This pivotal moment marked the birth of Redress South Bend, transforming personal grievances into a public platform.
