On the evening of Feb. 20, the St. Joseph County Public Library hosted a presentation by Casey Steinbacher titled “Hey Downtown…Are You Surviving or Thriving?”
The City of South Bend attempted to record the event but was unable to do so. City officials later asked Redress South Bend for its recording, which has now been made available to the public.
